The girls and I were watching American Idol last night while Mike was at work. During one of the performances Andie got her microphone and started singing with the contestants. Lookout everyone, Andie is

Such a big girl!
Has it really been 5 months already?? This past week Kacie has mastered sitting up all by herself! She is getting so big! She also has figured out how to jump and likes to jump like a crazy baby in her jumparoo!
Andie is quite the learner and learned her ABC's this past week. Everyday she was able to add more and more letters and as of yesterday can say the whole thing! She is so smart!! She also decided to christen the bathtub and left me a nice ''floater'' the other day during bath time (I made Mike clean it up) I was in the other room changing Kacie and I heard Andie start whimpering and say ''Nasty, Nasty'' I knew instantly what that meant! Since she thought it was so ''nasty'' maybe that means she won't do it again. Here's hoping!

Easter Sunday
We had a very nice Easter. We spent the day at my dad's house, all the cousins were there. Andie did her first Easter egg hunt and was very good at finding all the hidden eggs. Mary cooked a super delicious dinner (thank you Mary) We all ate way too much but somehow still found room for dessert! Andie wore a pretty new dress that my mom got for her. It came with a fur trimmed, jeweled hooded cape (that made her look like Little Pink Ridinghood, sooo cute) but, I forgot to get a picture with that on, oops!

4 months old!
It's hard to believe that my sweet baby Kacie is 4 months old. The time has flown by. It seems like yesterday that she a poking around in my belly. I am happy to report that she is a healthy growing girl! She had her 4 months check up today and weighed in at 15 lbs 4 oz and 27 in long, that puts her in the 90% for weight and off the charts for her height! I was looking back at Andie's baby book and she was 27 inches at her 6 month appt. Give it a year and they'll probably look like twins!
Andie is doing great! She has learned to count to 10 and we are working on our ABC's. She likes to sing songs and still loves jumping and climbing all over the house. She is crazy (but in a sweet lovable way...most of the time)
