The joys of room sharing

The girls have been sharing a room for about 2 months now. Everything has been going pretty good. At first they were not used to hearing each other while they slept so they would wake each other up from time to time. That has stopped but, ever since Kacie has become mobile and vertical things have taken a turn for the worst, an amusing worst. The girls go to bed around 9:00, this is what we saw when we heard giggles coming from their room at 10:15pm.

Odd place...

Every night before I go to bed I always go in and check on the girls. I pull their covers up, move any stuffed animals out of the way or in Andie's case her Bible, and I just watch them and fall more and more in love with my girls. This particular night I went in to check on them and Andie was no where to be found. She wasn't in her bed, she hadn't climbed into Kacie's crib and she wasn't in our bed. I was about to freak out when I finally found her entangled underneath her table and chairs. What an odd place to curl up and go to sleep!

4th of July Weekend!!

This weekend was filled with many fun 1st time adventures!!! The girls and I headed up to Gma and Gpa Ohland's cabin while Daddy had to stay home and work :( Andie, Kacie and I had so much fun playing at the cabin! Andie jumped on the trampoline (ALOT) went swinging on the rope swing, went for boat rides, refused to go swimming and much to my surprise went tubing!!!!! Yes, she went tubing! I was shocked!!! Kacie also had a very eventful weekend. She experienced her first boat ride, jumping on the tramp and she started crawling!!! Poor Daddy had to miss all the fun! Here are pictures of our fun filled weekend. Don't feel too bad for Mike. When he wasn't working he hung out with friends, went fishing and also did some swimming and tubing, went to movies, and watched UFC.
